The track was recorded on Good Friday, 7/4/23 at Guys home. I was back there on the 17th June, celebrating the summer with Guy and Tracy, when I received a phone call from our friend and bandmate Justin. I rushed straight to Whittington A&E to meet him. Two days later he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, 7 weeks later he passed away. He was a musically silent member of DMCP, but a corner stone of its creation, his contribution, on many levels, will be missed.

This track is released on the day we give his ashes to the New River, lit by the full moon. It's also his birth date, he would've been 56. 23 grams of his ashes have gone towards a building block in K2 Plant Hire's, Peoples Pyramid, where it will be 3am Eternal.

Something about this track reflects my thoughts of Justin; the magic, the passion, the wistfulness, the intellectual ambition, the playfulness and the melancholy. I will miss his Zen Wisdom and Sharp Wit. Justin Ross Stevens 1967-2023
